PRODUCTION PREPARATION

Thanks to the innovative storage system introduced, we have significantly improved our production preparation processes. This is also confirmed by our ISO certificate ISO9001.

Our long-standing cooperation with suppliers from all over the world gives us the unlimited opportunity to complement all electronic components and store them on the area of 550m2.

SMD AND THT PRODUCTION

We carry out our EMS services on 5 SMD automatic production lines and on 30 manual assembly stations, also referred to as through the hole mounting THT.

IN HOUSING INSTALLATION

At the request of the customer, we mount the printed circuit boards and other electronic elements we use in our own or customer-supplied housing.

PROGRAMMING AND TESTING

Each product goes from the assembly line directly to computer scientists who program and test the manufactured devices using their own or customer-supplied programs and applications

QUALITY CONTROL

Quality control is carried out on several stages of production. This includes, among other things, control according to the customer's test applications, control of the routes and short-circuit hazards. The final inspection and verification is carried out on the 2 AOI line.

SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS

The satisfaction of our customers is always close to our hearts, we have appointed a separate department that deals with technical service, complaints and any kind of support.

CREATING TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES

Our technologists work on optimal technological processes for each product, prepare detailed documentation, and constantly monitor ongoing production processes

LAYOUT SERVICES

We create PCB layouts (single-layer and multi-layered) according to your specifications regarding product specification, dimensions, external design and functionality

HOUSING DESIGN

The project department also requests the housing design according to the customer's individual requirements, which meets his requirements and needs.

PROGRAMM

All programs implemented by our software developers work stable and easy, Europe-wide in many companies.

TESTS

In our company laboratory we carry out special examinations and tests of the prototypes as well as of all produced devices. Every product gets detailed documentation after the laboratory examination.

VISUALIZATION

In order to facilitate the functionality and the operation of the manufactured devices to the customers, we create a visualization for each product.
